England Oaks is modestly priced with accommodations starting at $820 a month for our two-bedroom, one bath home. We also offer a two-bedroom, one bath with washer and dryer for $845 a month; our two-bedroom one and a half bath with washer and dryer is $870 a month and the three-bedroom, two full baths is $950 a month. Our fees are month-to-month and they include interior and exterior maintenance, lawn care, pest control, the Acadian On-call lifeline unit, trash collection, transportation assistance and much more.
